At Koky Beauty Supply, we value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of the products we distribute. However, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, incorrect product selection, or any reason other than those specified below.
Returns will only be accepted if the product was damaged during shipping.
All shipments are insured to protect our customers in the event of transit damage.
Customers must notify us of any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

If the claim is approved, we will coordinate the return shipment of the damaged product to our facility.
The product must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been used, unless the damage is clearly due to shipping.
Return shipping costs for approved damaged items will be covered by Koky Beauty Supply.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with one of the following:
Refunds will be processed within up to 5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products unless the issue is clearly due to damage during transit.
