Loyalty Rewards Program
Earn points every time you shop and use them to save on future purchases. Below you’ll find the program rules, membership levels, and bonus ways to earn points.
1) How Points Work
With every purchase you make, you can earn loyalty points. These points are added to your account and can be redeemed later as discounts on future orders.
2) Membership Levels
The more you shop, the more you can level up. Higher membership levels earn points faster, so you get more points from every purchase. Silver, Gold.

3) Eligible Orders (When Points Are Earned)
Points are earned only when an order is successfully completed and marked as Delivered.
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, points may not be earned or may be reversed.
- If you do not see points immediately, please allow some time for the order to be processed.
4) Bonus Points (Extra Ways to Earn)
You can also earn bonus points for certain activities:

| Write a photo review | 100 | Includes photos with your review |
| Birthday bonus | 200 | Awarded automatically (once per year) (Remember to add your date of birth in your customer dashboard) |
5) Redeeming Points (How Discounts Work)
You can redeem points at checkout to receive a discount on your order.
Limits:
- Maximum discount per order: up to 20% of the cart value
- Minimum redeemable points: no minimum
- Maximum redeemable points: no maximum (discount is still capped by the 20% rule)
6) Points Expiration
Points expire after 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Expired points cannot be used for discounts.
- We recommend redeeming points regularly to avoid losing them.
7) Where to View Your Points
To view your points balance, earning history, and available rewards, you must log in to your account. Once logged in, go to your Customer Dashboard to see all loyalty points information.
