The RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Step 2 Activator Gel is the essential second step in the Intense Brow[n]s tinting system. Formulated with Silver Nitrate, it penetrates deep into the hair to create long-lasting, expressive brows and lashes.

How to Use

1. Cleanse brows or lashes thoroughly with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
2. Apply the chosen Base Gel (Step 1) and let dry completely.
3. Using a clean brush, apply a pea-sized amount of Activator Gel to brows or lashes.
4. Process for 1 minute, then remove with a damp cotton pad.
5. Refine or remove stains using RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Tint Remover if necessary.

Important Notes

• Must always be used after Step 1 Base Gel
• For professional use only – do not mix with other products
• Avoid oily products for 24 hours post-application
