Application
Mix 2 cm of RefectoCil tint with 15–20 drops of Oxidant Cream 3% until a creamy paste is formed. Apply to lashes or brows, leave on for 5–10 minutes, and remove with cotton wool and water. When used after RefectoCil Blonde Brow, shorten processing time by 1–5 minutes.
