How to Use
Apply a pea-sized amount of Intensifying Primer Medium to the brows and skin with a cosmetic brush. Leave on for 4 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab. Allow brows to dry fully before proceeding with Base Gel and Activator Gel. For brows only.
