RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer

Take your brow tinting results to the next level with the RefectoCil Intensifying Primer. Designed as an optional step in the Intense Brow[n]s system, this primer preps the eyebrow area for more expressive, semi-permanent results that last up to 6 weeks.

How to Use

1. Cleanse brows with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
2. Apply a pea-sized amount of Intensifying Primer to brows and skin using a cosmetic brush.
3. Leave on for 4 minutes, then remove with a dry cotton swab.
4. Allow brows to dry for 4 minutes before continuing with Base Gel (Step 1) and Activator Gel (Step 2).
