• 01 Start with clean, dry hands and a clean PODODISC L. Do not apply disinfectant directly to the adhesive side of the disposable file.
• 02 Remove the liner and place the file centered on the matching disc, leaving approximately 1 mm from the edge so the file does not extend beyond the metal base.
• 03 Attach the pododisc to the e-file handpiece according to the manufacturer’s technique guide, then choose a speed suited to the task; STALEKS lists about 25,000 RPM for basic processing and about 15,000 RPM for circular polishing with Disc L.
• 04 Work with light pressure and steady movement. After the service, remove and discard the disposable file; do not soak it in water or reuse it.
