- 01 Start with clean, dry hands and a clean PODODISC L. Do not apply disinfectant directly to the adhesive side of the disposable file.
- 02 Remove the liner and place the file centered on the matching disc, leaving approximately 1 mm from the edge so the file does not extend beyond the metal base.
