- 01 Working one nail at a time, apply OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat over the entire nail, then immediately dip the finger into the color powder at a 45° angle and tap off excess.
- 02 Repeat across the remaining nails, dust away loose powder with a sanitized cosmetic brush, then apply a second Base Coat and dip into the color powder again.
- 03 Apply a third coat of Base Coat, dip into OPI Clear Color Set Powder, dust off excess, then apply a generous coat of Powder Perfection Activator over the full surface and free edge.
- 04 Once hardened, shape with a 180-grit file, smooth with 100 and 220 grit buffers, remove dust, and apply a second coat of Activator before finishing the service.
