- 01Prep the nail as directed by OPI, then apply Powder Perfection Base Coat to one nail, covering the surface evenly.
- 02Immediately dip the nail into the color powder at a 45° angle, then tap off excess powder. Repeat the Base Coat and color dip for a second coat.
- 03Apply a third coat of Base Coat and dip into OPI Clear Color Set Powder or follow the finishing steps recommended for the Powder Perfection system.
- 04Dust away loose powder with a sanitized brush, apply Powder Perfection Activator, then finish with Powder Perfection Top Coat according to OPI instructions.
