• 01 Apply OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to one prepared nail, then immediately dip into Samoan Sand Color Powder at a 45° angle. Tap and dust off excess powder.
• 02 Repeat the Base Coat and Color Powder step for a second layer, then apply another coat of Base Coat and dip into Clear Color Set Powder as directed by OPI.
• 03 Apply Powder Perfection Activator to the entire nail and cap the free edge. Once hardened, shape, buff, remove dust, and apply a second coat of Activator.
• 04 Finish with 1–2 coats of OPI Powder Perfection Top Coat, then complete the service with cuticle oil. Follow OPI professional sanitation and removal guidance.
