- 01Start with clean, dry nails and gently push back cuticles before polishing.
- 02Apply one thin coat of OPI Base Coat to help prepare the nail for color.
- 03Apply one thin coat of NLL26 down the center of the nail, then along each side. Follow with a second thin coat and pull color over the free edge.
- 04Finish with one coat of OPI Top Coat, sealing the free edge. For faster drying, use OPI DripDry or Rapidry as directed.
