• 01Shake the GelColor bottle vigorously for 1 minute, then prep nails and cuticles. OPI recommends applying Bond-Aid pH Balancing Agent before gel application.
• 02Apply OPI Super Base, capping the free edge first, then cure for 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light.
• 03Apply two very thin coats of Lincoln Park After Dark, capping the free edge first, and cure each coat for 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light.
• 04Finish with OPI Super Gloss Top Coat, cure for 30 seconds, remove the tacky layer with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated in N.A.S. 99, then massage ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil into cuticles.
