Part of OPI’s GelColor Intelli-Gel system, this 15 mL / 0.5 fl. oz. salon formula is designed to self-level, help smooth the look of brush strokes, and cure in 30 seconds with the OPI Star Light LED. When applied with the recommended OPI base and top coat system, it offers up to 3 weeks of professional wear.

• 01Prep the nails by pushing back cuticles, trimming, filing, lightly buffing, and cleansing with OPI N.A.S. 99. Shake bottles vigorously for about 60 seconds, then apply Bond-Aid pH Balancing Agent.
• 02Apply GelColor Super Base Base Coat, painting the free edge first and then a thin layer over the nail. Cure for 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light LED.
• 03Apply Put It In Neutral in a thin coat, edge first, then across the nail. Cure for 30 seconds, then repeat with a second thin coat and cure again.
• 04Finish with GelColor Super Gloss Top Coat, cure for 30 seconds, then remove the tacky layer with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated in N.A.S. 99. Complete the service with nail and cuticle oil if desired.
