✦ How to Use
- 01 Prep the nails by pushing back cuticles, trimming, filing, lightly buffing, and cleansing with OPI N.A.S. 99. Shake bottles vigorously for about 60 seconds, then apply Bond-Aid pH Balancing Agent.
- 02 Apply GelColor Super Base Base Coat, painting the free edge first and then a thin layer over the nail. Cure for 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light LED.
- 03 Apply Put It In Neutral in a thin coat, edge first, then across the nail. Cure for 30 seconds, then repeat with a second thin coat and cure again.
- 04 Finish with GelColor Super Gloss Top Coat, cure for 30 seconds, then remove the tacky layer with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe saturated in N.A.S. 99. Complete the service with nail and cuticle oil if desired.
