• 01Shake the bottle vigorously for 1 minute, then prep nails and cuticles according to professional salon protocols.
• 02Apply OPI Bond-Aid pH Balancing Agent, then apply OPI Super Base Base Coat, cap the free edge, and cure 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light lamp.
• 03Apply two very thin coats of Lisbon Wants Moor OPI GelColor, capping the free edge first, and cure each coat for 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light lamp.
• 04Finish with OPI Super Gloss Top Coat, cure, remove the tacky layer with N.A.S. 99 on an Expert Touch Nail Wipe, and massage cuticle oil into the cuticles.
