- 02 Apply a thin layer of OPI GelColor base coat, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds in an OPI Star Light / OPI LED lamp.
- 03 Apply Passion in a very thin coat, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds. Repeat with a second thin coat for the manufacturer-recommended color saturation.
