• 01 Shake the bottle well, then prep nails and cuticles according to OPI professional GelColor guidance. Apply Bond-Aid pH Balancing Agent if following the full OPI system.
• 02 Apply a thin layer of OPI GelColor base coat, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds in an OPI Star Light / OPI LED lamp.
• 03 Apply Passion in a very thin coat, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds. Repeat with a second thin coat for the manufacturer-recommended color saturation.
• 04 Finish with OPI GelColor top coat, cap the free edge, cure for 30 seconds, remove the tacky layer with an Expert Touch Nail Wipe and N.A.S., then complete with ProSpa Nail & Cuticle Oil.
