• 01 Prep the natural nail and cuticle area, then cleanse and dehydrate the nail plate using the manufacturer-recommended OPI system products.
• 02 Apply OPI GelColor Base Coat, cap the free edge, and cure for 30 seconds in the OPI Star Light LED lamp.
• 03 Shake the color bottle to mix pigment, apply two very thin coats of Dulce de Leche, cap the free edge, and cure each coat for 30 seconds.
• 04 Finish with OPI GelColor Top Coat, cure for 30 seconds, remove the tacky layer with N.A.S. 99 on an Expert Touch Nail Wipe, and apply cuticle oil.
