• 01Prep the natural nail thoroughly, removing oils and debris before beginning the Powder Perfection application.
• 02Apply OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat, then immediately dip the nail into the color powder at a 45° angle. Tap off excess and repeat as needed for coverage.
• 03Apply another coat of Base Coat and dip into OPI Clear Color Set, then use Activator over the full nail surface and cap the free edge.
• 04Shape, file, buff, and remove dust. Apply a second coat of Activator, finish with two quick coats of Powder Perfection Top Coat, and complete with cuticle oil.
