• 01Prep, shape, cleanse, and dehydrate nails according to the OPI Powder Perfection prep process. Pour a working amount of powder into a separate container to help keep the jar clean.
• 02Apply Powder Perfection Step 1 Base Coat to one nail, then immediately dip the wet nail into the powder at a 45° angle and tap away excess.
• 03Repeat the base coat and dip steps in thin layers until the desired coverage is built, then apply Powder Perfection Step 2 Activator as directed.
