- 01 Apply one coat of OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to a single nail, then immediately dip into the color powder at a 45° angle and tap away excess.
- 02 Repeat the Base Coat and color powder step as directed, dusting off loose powder with a sanitized cosmetic brush between layers.
- 03 For added build, use Clear Color Set Powder as recommended, then apply Activator across the entire nail and cap the free edge until the powder hardens.
