- 01Prep the nail, then apply OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to one nail and immediately dip at about a 45° angle into the color powder. Tap away excess and work one nail at a time.
- 02Dust off excess powder, then repeat the base coat and color powder step for a second color coat. Apply another layer of base and dip into OPI Clear Color Set Powder.
- 03Apply Powder Perfection Activator generously, cap the free edge, and allow the powder to harden. File and buff according to the professional Powder Perfection service directions.
