• 01Prep the natural nail following OPI Powder Perfection prep guidance. Pour a working amount of color powder into a separate container and stir to blend the pigment.
• 02Apply one thin, even coat of Step 1 Base Coat, leaving a tiny margin at the cuticle. Dip the nail at about a 45° angle, tap off excess, and brush away residual powder.
• 03Repeat Base Coat and color powder as needed for opacity, then apply Base Coat and dip into Clear Color Set Powder as directed by OPI.
• 04Apply Step 2 Activator, allowing up to 2 minutes for hardening in the US. Shape, buff, reapply Activator, finish with two coats of Step 3 Top Coat, and complete with nail and cuticle oil.
