- 01 Prep the nails by cleansing, shaping, lightly buffing, and removing dust before color application.
- 02 Brush on a thin, even coat of OPI Powder Perfection Step 1 Base Coat to one nail, then immediately dip into the color powder at about a 45° angle.
- 03 Tap off excess powder and repeat the base-and-dip step as needed for color opacity; a clear powder layer may be used within the system for added structure.
