• 01 Apply Powder Perfection Base Coat to one prepared nail, covering the full surface, then immediately dip into the color powder at a 45° angle.
• 02 Tap away excess powder, dust with a sanitized cosmetic brush, and repeat the base coat and color powder step for additional color coverage.
• 03 Apply Base Coat again and dip into Clear Color Set Powder, then dust away remaining powder before applying Powder Perfection Activator.
• 04 Once hardened, shape and buff as directed, apply a second coat of Activator, finish with Powder Perfection Top Coat, and complete the service with nail and cuticle oil.
