• 01 Working one nail at a time, brush on OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat, then immediately dip the nail into the color powder at a 45° angle and tap off excess.
• 02 Dust away loose powder with a sanitized cosmetic brush, repeat the base and color powder step for a second coat, then apply base again and dip into Clear Color Set Powder.
• 03 Apply Powder Perfection Activator, covering the nail and capping the free edge. Once the powder hardens, shape, contour, buff, remove dust, and apply a second coat of Activator.
• 04 Finish with Powder Perfection Top Coat using quick brush strokes, wait 1–2 minutes, apply a second top coat, wait 1–2 minutes to dry, and complete the service with cuticle oil.
