• 01Apply OPI Powder Perfection Base Coat to one nail, then immediately dip into Gimme a Lido Kiss at a 45° angle and tap away excess powder.
• 02Dust away loose powder with a sanitized cosmetic brush, then repeat the base and color dip step for a second layer of color.
• 03Apply another layer of base and dip into OPI Clear Color Set Powder, then dust away excess before applying Powder Perfection Activator and capping the free edge.
• 04Shape, file, and buff as directed, remove dust, apply a second activator coat, finish with two coats of Powder Perfection Top Coat, and complete with cuticle oil.
