- 01Prep the natural nail according to the Gel-X system, using Gel-X Prep or standard surface-prep steps before application.
- 02Apply a thin, even layer of Apres Extend Gel or Extend Gel Novice to the natural nail or underside of the selected tip as the bonding layer.
- 03Press the Gel-X tip onto the nail at the proper angle, flash cure as directed, then fully cure under a compatible LED or UV lamp following the gel product’s instructions.
- 04Finish with a compatible top gel, such as Apres Non-Wipe Top Gelcoat. For removal, soak off with acetone according to proper soft-gel removal practices.
